What is the Shed Gym?
The Shed Gym was created by owners Gus & Laura. They both have a passion for making everyone the strongest version of themselves. Their vision for the Shed was a welcoming and inclusive community where egos and comparison was left at the door.
They believe in a family friendly environment and want to help everyone at any stage of life.
The Shed is a community where everyone is valued and equal. Everyone is trying to be better than they were yesterday.
Our community supports these values and the entire community is supportive and welcoming!

OWNER & PERSONAL TRAINER
Gus is a qualified Personal Trainer and has over 12 years experience in the industry. Gus draws on his sports background in Football (soccer) and ultra endurance training with is clients.
Gus is especially passionate about functional training and training everyone to be ‘life athletes’. Gus is known for being the loudest and most enthusiastic person in the gym and his energy is contagious.

Mitch is a qualified Exercise and Sports Science with a passion for health and fitness. He brings the knowledge he has gained over 8 years in the fitness industry to The Shed to help members be their best.
Mitch has a background in team sports and strength training which allows him to guide members with achieving a range of different health and fitness goals. Mitch is a passionate coach and always gets the best performance out of each member.

Laura is a qualified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. She has over 10 years of experience in the industry.
Laura specialises in pre & post natal care and women’s health and as a mother to 3 kids herself, she understands the demands of motherhood.
She is especially passionate about helping everyone feel comfortable and welcome in a gym environment. Laura always aims to empower her clients to feel fit, strong and mentally well.
