What do our crew sessions look like?

We have 4 different class times and we do a different type of class in the morning and afternoon. We follow a rotating Week A and Week B which you can see below. Depending on your current goal you can go to the classes that most align with your goals or you can come every day for balanced program week. We do all our programming internally using our knowledge and every class is different, we do not repeat to keep it interesting and keep the body guessing!

“Amazing and inclusive gym environment. Heaps of free weights, kettlebells, dumbbells, and pull-up rigs with a few weight machines and some cardio equipment. The classes are tough, but you can always scale the movements without any judgement. The fob system makes it easy to get your workout in at any time during the day. The kids' area is great too, but you're always welcome to bring the kids in a pram too. The owners are knowledgeable and super friendly. Honestly the best gym in Ballarat.”
